Vehicle Listings
The Administrator has the ability to update the vehicle listings as soon as they change. Ensuring accurate and current information on the website.
The Customer Feedback section displays a list of customers that have already made enquiries regarding vehicles on the website.
The customer list can be exported into an excel spreadsheet for further data manipulation, such as reporting.
Allows the Administrator to select a vehicle from the vehicles listed to become the vehicle of the month. When a vehicle is selected as Vehicle of the Month, it is displayed on the Home page, or placed strategically in an eye-catching position on the website.
The Administrator is able to set up other Users of the system, the User accounts can be created, edited and deleted.
Large images can take forever to view on a website and sometimes discourage a potential customer. All Images are automatically resized and cropped to fit within the dimensions of the website, to create a fast pleasant experience.
If you select the Standard Eezy Auto Package, you will have the facility to upload your company logo, contact numbers and email addresses etc. Website Features
Vehicles are displayed in a table format with thumbnail picture and information such as make, model, milage, year, price, etc. There are links to "Enquire Now" or view more "Details". The details section explains more about the vehicle and displays more images. All images can be expanded to view a larger picture.
Customers can easily search for any vehicles. Searches can be made by make; model; mileage; from a specific year and from a specific price. The sort facility displays the price either by a high-low price or low-high price. The search option can be hidden to allow more space for browsing.
The enquiry form will collect the customers information and insert it straight into the database for view in the Customer Feedback section in the Admin Console. A notification email also gets send to the Administrator's email address.
Once a Customer has submitted an enquiry about a particular vehicle they are sent a confirmation message via email. This will include the vehicle they enquired about and contact details in case they require further assistance.
CAPTCHA Security is one way to distinguish a human from a computer. When completing the enquiry form it requires that the customer type letters or digits from a distorted image that appears on the screen.
